EKG Films is a full service film production company dedicated to creating thought provoking motion pictures, defined by compelling stories and cinematic quality. Headed by production duo Eunice Levis and Kevin Gordon, EKG Films has a firm commitment to using mediums that allow for the best visual story, in the highest technical quality possible – images that when combined with captivating stories – deliver powerfully executed messages.

The digital revolution has allowed the independent artist access to the tools needed to achieve high end film projects without the high end price. Our focus is to make use of the latest digital filmmaking equipment, software and programs, while developing a network of fellow independent artists who will inevitably enrich the quality of our projects via collaborations, group efforts and alliances..

Eunice Levis

Eunice Levis is a young writer/filmmaker with over a decade of professional writing, media management and production experience. She has worked with several of today’s top media and entertainment organizations including:

Originally, from the Bronx, NY, Eunice is an award-winning writer and photographer with a distinct flair for capturing the visual story. Her storytelling is further stylized by her viewpoint as a first generation American.

Kevin Gordon

Kevin Gordon is a prolific writer/filmmaker with an eye for life’s unique irony. Originally, from Brooklyn NY, he has been writing short stories and screenplays for several years. He has won a number of awards for his writing, including the NYCTC Betty Sue Taylor award for best dramatic playwright. Kevin has produced and directed various independent documentaries and shorts, including the award winning “Red Eye”. Red Eye has screened in over 50 festivals, and has won multiple awards, in addition to premiering on Showtime Television as part of the Black Filmmakers Showcase. Kevin Gordon continues to make films and write stories that cannot be classified as being typical or even safe for that matter. There are always messages in his works that are thought provoking, eye opening, and unexpected.
